Andy has over 15 years of experience delivering process improvement and value-capture projects for global manufacturing companies. He has served clients across the Transportation, Industrial Products, Consumer Products, Energy and Healthcare sectors and has frequently worked abroad in Europe, Asia and South America. Prior to consulting, Andy was an engineer at Honda R&D where he developed world class vehicles from initial concept sketch through to mass production. Most recently, Andy has enjoyed leading engagements focused on post-merger integration as well as process and technology transformation.
