For over a decade, Mark served as a Finance and Business Manager in the Global Technology Infrastructure business at the world’s largest financial institution. Partnering with senior technology leaders across the firm, Mark managed a $800M expense portfolio comprised of bespoke infrastructure environments, enterprise licensing agreements, and dedicated support teams. Coupling his finance and accounting knowledge with extensive experience in the tech infra business, Mark supported the financial oversight of major technology projects ranging from life cycle refresh efforts to complete data center build outs. In addition to his forecasting and budgeting responsibilities, Mark supported the design of the team’s technology costing model, allowing for better transparency of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for product and app owners.
