She is passionate about working closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve both business performance and end-to-end customer journeys. With experience in product management and analytics, Lauren combines structured problem solving with a hands-on approach, helping teams move from ideas to measurable outcomes while maintaining alignment across functions.

 

Before returning to Fisher, Lauren worked in product management at PNC Bank and earlier supported client work as a marketing and operations analytics intern at Fisher Management Partners. She has multiple years of leadership experience and approaches every engagement with a collaborative, team‑oriented spirit. Lauren enjoys partnering closely with clients, bringing energy and a solutions‑first mindset to help teams translate strategy into results.
